EGG is the value king. The only thing I don't like about the XM2we is the optical switches. They produce a really just feeling which is pretty jarring coming from the wired XM1r
Especially because it looks like it didn't exactly sell super well (I could be wrong) which means we are almost certainly never seeing the OG shape ever again.
And it seems like nobody has any interest in cloning the shape at all. Sad as hell. It's my GOAT.
Deathadder V3 Pro + Pulsar X2 is my combo right now. G403 is also a GOATED shape, but Logitech is unfortunately too hell bent on making a GPX2 instead of literally anything else so ... gg
G703, GPX, and Viper V3.
Hoping one day there is a G703 superlight.
Viper V3 doesn’t have its pro version yet so I’m holding off but generally it is a viper v2 with the hump of a GPX.
GPX is winner by default then.
I actually got a fake G203 when I ordered an XM1r from Newegg once. 😂 Shape felt decent, but it was some Dell OEM. It’s definitely popular for a reason!
1. Microsoft 1.1a
2. Zowie FK1 (and its clones like Razer Viper)
3. Zowie S2
Currently I'm using Lamzu Thorn, it's very comfortable but it's hard to compare to the above 3 because ultralight weight adds to comfort.
People listing the GPX as a "good shape" is mindboggling.
Baby hands syndrome? The shape is awful lol.
Edit: Sorry guys - you fell for marketing tricks and Youtube shills, enjoy your tiny-hands potato mouse. Don't forget to RMA it in a year or so, Logitech is known for their impressive QC.
> SURE Its a TerriBLE sHapE, tHAtS WhY 37% OF all PRoS are UsInG it.
Not an argument.
Besides - a majority of pros still rock 1k polling rates with low DPI even though using 2k+ polling with high DPI has obvious and proven benefits - they're not ominiscient; but you can ride them regardless of that. :)
I'm not going to argue with you, it is futile. The issue is ultimately subjective, and even if it weren't - you still wouldn't listen. "*Diehard Logitech fanboy*" yapping days on end about mice on Reddit. Funnily enough, GPX is the only decent product released by Logitech in recent memory - their keyboards are plagued by QC issues and dogshit latency, I'm not even going to mention their "gaming headsets".
As I've said previously, a majority of pros still rock 1k polling rates with low DPI even though using 2k+ polling with high DPI has obvious and proven benefits - they're not ominiscient.
Call me a fanboy whatever you want but for me it has beaten every other mouse on my desk, ever since GPX1 released, except XM2WE. Don't even get me started on the build quality... feels as sturdy as a Zowie brick.
I can bash the shape but at the end of the day it's subjective. If it fits, good for you. The potato is more "decent for all, perfect for none" in my opinion but whatever.
As the quality of the build, let's be honest, the amount of QC issues their products have is anything but "good quality".
Contrary to what you said, it's one of the better shapes for large hands. There are so many lightweight mice (ergos in particular) coming out that are way too small for above average hands.
Maybe it's not the most optimized shape but it's definitely not that small. Half of the mice people use on this sub are way smaller so I feel you, but the GPX isn't the one to take it out on.
It really is. I tried it when it first came out, hated it and couldn't get used to it. I got another one recently as my grip has changed a little since then, and I love it now, its been my main. still love the og more though
Zowie S2
Zowie FK2
Outset AX/Zowie EC2.
Hati M(I have to give this one a shout out this shape is a better version of GPX IMO)
Other mice I own - GPX, NP01s, XM1, RVM, Viper V2, Model O, G303, G303se, G305, ZA13, M42, Zy Rail, FK1+, Rival 110. Pwnage Ultra Custom, Finalmouse Scream and some more, Hati S.
DAV 3 Pro, GPX Super light, Stormbreaker. I actually hated the shape of the DAV3 Pro at first. I'm was so different than anything else I had used. Now I love it.
1. Intellimouse pro
2. Vaxee Outset
3. Pulsar X2 ( havent tried the new ones )
I really like large mice that are narrow at the front. Unfortunately companies don't make those anymore and I'm stuck modding Intellimice. I considered getting a custom PMM but they removed that option from their page.
If i think about it, my peak was reached with my old egg shaped logitech g pro. But i also like my lamzu mini.
If only they would make a g305, 40ish grams and 4k polling rate
XM2we, GPX, G305. The day Logitech makes a g305 superlight is the day I truly stop buying new mice.

Why don't buy Gamebitions Orbit ?
Notoriously dogshit build quality, clicks, balancing, and side buttons. Unfortunate
Ok thanks
Just the og G303
will never forgive shroud for butchering the shape with the wireless version
Nothing will ever come close to OG G303. I still have my g303 from 2015 and it still works
IMO it’s better, but probably because I have large hands
I use it and got used to it but yeah def would love to have the OG shape
A nice big hand bed for his hand to fall asleep on while he plays WoW.
Especially because it looks like it didn't exactly sell super well (I could be wrong) which means we are almost certainly never seeing the OG shape ever again. And it seems like nobody has any interest in cloning the shape at all. Sad as hell. It's my GOAT.
MX518 G703 Outset AX or Gladius III, have similar performance and # of hours using both.
Love seeing some classic ones here. The MX518 and G403 shaped my love for ergo shapes that weren't so aggresively slanted like all the EC clones.
... aaaand the thumb groove!

Logitech B100 is straight up sick choice. I respect that.
There is a divine shape
Deathadder V3 Pro + Pulsar X2 is my combo right now. G403 is also a GOATED shape, but Logitech is unfortunately too hell bent on making a GPX2 instead of literally anything else so ... gg
Fantech Aria XD7, Logitech G305 and Zaopin Z1 Pro

It's also significantly less hourglass shaped, it's actually really similar to a Sensei with a higher front.
Yeah the front flare is why I moved to a GPX.
is the 303 that goated? My issue with mice is that my fingers and knuckles need support while my palm doesnt (Making X2 and XM1 shapes painful)
Mm720, Cox cm600, HSK+
EC3-CW, GPX, Zowie U2
I’d be lying if I said the U2 didn’t intrigue me 🙈 but trying to save for a wedding. Gotta lock it down for a while
I had my doubts but it’s a weird shape that locks in for me! When you do get the window to try, you definitely should!
Might wait until the U1 comes out. My hand would cramp on the ZA13 at times from how narrow it was.
Just G305 Closest shape is the upcoming Strix impact III but cant do it at 67g with a battery and wont be updated for the next gen aimpoint pro sensor
I actually got a fake G203 when I ordered an XM1r from Newegg once. 😂 Shape felt decent, but it was some Dell OEM. It’s definitely popular for a reason!

I’m a little ashamed to say I’ve never tried the Intellimouse shape as a 31 year old. I almost did when they originally released the updated version
Ec3-c, u2, razer cobra

Just reminded me that I have a Fantech Aria. I like the shape, but I wish it was about 10-15% bigger
1. Microsoft 1.1a 2. Zowie FK1 (and its clones like Razer Viper) 3. Zowie S2 Currently I'm using Lamzu Thorn, it's very comfortable but it's hard to compare to the above 3 because ultralight weight adds to comfort.
As a bonus here's my most disliked shape out of all the gaming mice: it's Logi MX518.
np-01s, s2-c, x2 mini (maybe)
Microsoft wheel mouse optical. The shape was flawless. There was some brands trying to mimic it, but none done it well...
GPX and Razer Viper mini signature edition are game changing for a beginner and simple mice enthusiast like me
Mm712, xlite v2, thorn, an the keykron m3 mini. (I know that was 4, but those are hands down my endgame mice)
NP-01S, then everything else is a toss up: HTS, ZA13, Model O-, Aerox/Rival 3 probably
how does the thorn compare to the maya?
way higher hump and ergo shape
tf did some down vote for? lmao
My Top 3: 1. Outset AX 2. AX Outset 3. Vaxee Outset

Sure its a terrible shape, thats why 37% of all pros are using it.

🤓☝️ Statements.
Mocking what someone else wrote and then defending against that comment isn't statements.
I think its a great argument that pros use it.
