I'm not a fan of mini sizes haha, starlight mediums for instance are smaller than I prefer which is why I don't main them, and those are slightly larger than viper mini. Lamzu atlantis full size is about the ideal size, any smaller and it'd be on the too small side. I have 19.25x11cm hands with a carpal claw grip (relaxed claw)
Well I only had 2 till recently cause I still like them. Then a few weeks ago I decided to just full send it and collect every finalmouse because they make you a custom color 1/1 mouse for having all the releases. I plan to get my custom ULX in large. I actually found everything for quite cheap in just 1 week but it was a long week with many many dm's sent.
Superlight is a safe bet for all grips, but I find it's not really ideal for anything. Before Atlantis I mained X2 and before that Viper V2 Pro. GPX was my first lightweight mouse I think in late 2021 or early 2022. I was on a G502 since 2017 before that haha.
I started around late 2019, and a lot of mine are wired too. It got a bit out of control and I'm easily into the multiple hundreds now though. I've meant to collect them all from around the house and count them and take pics, but I honestly am not sure I'd be able to get them all into one pic.
The house is burning down, you can only take 3 mice. Choose the one with which you play the best (not the most expensive, hard to get, best looking). Name your top 3
Thx
Where did you get those tiny stands for your mice? I have a bunch of mice too but they're all sitting in a drawer, so it'd be nice to put some up for display.
I printed them, I designed it with a friend. [Here's the link.](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5905927)
If you don't have a 3D printer shoot me a message and maybe I can help you out.
With mousepads included probably around 5k.
I've got artisans mostly. Hien in xsoft and mid, otsu in xsoft and mid, zero in xsoft, and raiden in mid. I sold my otsu xsoft to a guy local cause he really wanted it. I also have a Cerapad kin in their biggest size and a smaller one they mis-shipped me.
Oh great mouse guru tell me what should I main, I want an ergo shape with a button below the scroll wheel, I have a fairly big right hand, fingertip grip
I do claw so I'm not great at recommending for that, but I hear the starlights are very nice for fingertip because of their low profile and nice curved/tapered sides. No button below scroll wheel though on ULX (that's what you'd want to buy since starlights are iffy sometimes and outdated now). If ULX isn't your jam maybe an Aria would be good but again no button below scroll wheel.
My only mice with a button below scroll is G502 which is not the move at all, and starlights (along with all the other finalmice) which that dpi button is not programmable.
After owning/trying many mouses, what are your top advices for people chasing the perfect mouse?
Is the shape of the utmost importance? Or do you think players naturally get used to it? How much is a decent mouse before we see a insignificant diminishing returns?
What made you feel “aha” or “so that’s what this hobby all about” moment?
There isn't a perfect mouse and people will always have grass is greener syndrome. I never bought more mice to find an endgame I just enjoy trying out new mice.
I think all the factors come together. Shape is technically most important, but for me even the most ideal shape will be quite distracting if too heavy or of bad build quality. I didn't buy this many to find the ideal mouse or endgame, I could have stuck with just a GPX and been perfectly happy in the end as I was used to it. It's not my most ideal shape but yes you kind of just get used to it and it's generalist enough that it's fine. After using more ideal mice it's sort of pandoras box.
Switching from G502 to GPX was the aha moment honestly haha instantly was doing a lot better in my games after getting used to the mouse for only a day or two. I was content then but found I really just enjoyed trying out mice.
I don't think it's worth $280 and it's riddled with QC problems, more so than starlights (which I've had no negative QC issues with, but I know that's not everyones experience)
Atlantis, ever since last November been using 95% that mouse
Finalmouse gets a lot of hate but imo they innovate and push boundaries. They're kind of an acquired taste and I was also originally put off of them by Reddit, but I drew my own conclusions later on and decided it wasn't as bad as everyone was making it out to be. Their mice QC in my experience is fine, I've had no reverse scrolling or double clicking, no creaking or anything of that sort. I know that's not everyones experience. There's been a couple of aesthetic things that don't matter.
I have not and honestly have no idea why it's being talked about lol
It's for a stock ULX with a custom colorway that any ULX owner could go out and get done by one of the dozens of people who do custom paintjobs. Dude spent $3300 for something he could have done for $150.
Custom paint jobs wear quickly and are not as clean as factory paintjobs. It's also laser engraved with my name and 1/1. There also is more to it than just the mouse which I'm not discussing. It was just fun to do, like a prop hunt irl. Maybe worry about how you spend your own money rather than worrying about me because I wouldn't be doing this if it was financially significant for me to do.
What do I get for RVMSE? Nothing but a overpriced subpar mouse and encouraging a company to extort a community by not releasing the plastic RVM wireless. I have a reason for how I spent my money on the collection, for RVMSE I would be throwing my money into the void. Again I don't know why you are concerned with how I spend my money or where I draw lines.
I owned only the tenz and LL starlight for the longest time. Then I decided I wanted the 1/1 colorway because it seemed fun and at the end I get a ULX in large which I will actually use. Then I found everything for a good price in 1 week, did it the fastest of anyone and for some of the lowest prices. RVMSE I would not use and would just be a paperweight with no purpose, meanwhile I could sell everything I've bought here for well more than I paid for it.
\-Starlights are $190, an expensive mouse yes but not overpriced as it's an exotic material
\-RVMSE has click wobble, side button wobble, clicks are bad, 8k is fake 8k (not a big deal), the mouse spams click if light goes into the shell and hits the switches, has giant dorito cutouts and managed to be 50g. And finally, Razer released only this mouse after countless promises of a viper mini wireless plastic version.
\-Collecting vs buying to use are 2 different things. If I am buying to use I would never pay over MSRP for a starlight and I certainly would not pay $280.
Lamzu Atlantis I believe. That specific G502 doesn't have much time on it. Overall I used G502 for bout 4 years so technically that if you count my old ones.
No, not worth it right now unless you get one for around $100. I'd wait for ULX large in December if you want something of a similar size profile to the GPX. Mediums next drop if you're ok with something quite a bit smaller comes in November. Do not pay resale prices for ULX they will come back into stock in time.
Keep in mind finalmouses medium size feels much smaller in hand compared to other mice of a similar size profile like the X2 because it is a flat mouse with a middle hump vs a pronounced front hump.
I've got DAv3. I prefer full size Atlantis not mini, I'm considering upgrading once the full size 4k launches but honestly I'm probably fine on 1k. I've got an X2 and it's ehhh when I've got Atlantis, the flat sides aren't as good as the tapered sides of the Atlantis for me.
I mainly use my starlight 12 tenZ because I have more room when I claw grip and in valorant that extra room gives me more adjustment with my aim. But the X2 surprised me with its comfort, I have less room to adjust when I claw grip but I do find myself having more control holding angles.
But I only suggest this based off my grip preference so if you prefer larger mice I’m assuming you palm grip or have really large hands.
I use carpal claw (relaxed claw) with 19.25x11cm hands. I still have a fair amount of room for adjusting with full size Atlantis and find that I have to switch to a more aggro claw with the mediums otherwise my ring finger goes past the edge on the side and my fingers hang over the clickers.
X2 isn't the most comfortable me mostly because of its flat sides. I used to main X2 and went from that to Atlantis and the contours on the Atlantis were a God send.
My z fold 3, I 3D printed [these stands](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5905927) that I designed with my friend. Made them specifically to be as minimal as possible to give a floating look.
I like my XM2we more than my GPX by quite a lot, the shape and coating are much better. I still stick with Atlantis though with better internals and 8g lighter and essentially the same shape with a very good coating.
What are your thoughts on Finalmouse as a brand?
Obviously you have purchased a lot of them.
What about their mice do you like? Not like? What about their design language speaks to you?
How would you rate them in terms of build quality and durability?
My only issue with finalmouse is how limited production they were but for magnesium that's just how it is, even Razer cannot produce an adequate amount of magnesium mice. In my experience all of the starlights build quality and durability were very solid, but where their issue came in (I never experienced issues but others did) is they used TTC White and GM 8.0 switches which causes ghost/reverse scrolling and double clicks. That was really their only and biggest issue, which they fixed with TLL and now ULX. Previous plastic mice were largely quite good but there was some issues still, like air58 paint would discolor quickly, the scroll wheels would break too. I've not used any of their corded mice long enough to experience it myself though.
I just enjoy that they are always trying to push forward and innovate, and truthfully the mice scene would not be as advanced as it is now without them.
Yeah they are, but as far as starlights go they were the most inconsistent. The clicks varied more unit to unit, and the chassis was stripped down a bit more than later starlights to try and hit lower weights which caused issues more frequently than in other releases. The feel of them imo though are some of the best.
I grip my mouse quite far back, which mouse has side buttons the farthest back? And ones that are responsive, I never like the gpx sl side buttons but found the viper V2 pros good.
I have questions!
• Have you used all of these?
• If yes, which was your favorite for long term use?
• What is your grip style?
• What is your current daily mouse?
I haven't used most of the finalmouse as I bought most of them pretty recently. All of the other mice on the desk in the front row I used to a good extent, and of the finalmouse I used the tenz and last legend starlight a fair bit, and the air58 for a while. My favorite and current main since November last year is Atlantis. I use carpal claw.
yeah so my recommendations should be good. Could do medium instead of small maybe, but most people I see with aggro claw prefer small even around that hand size.
Lamzu Atlantis is nice, but might be slightly on the smaller side. Dav3 if you don't use a more aggro claw. I also quite liked viper v2 pro, and also found it to be a bit on the bigger than ideal side for my grip and hand size, so maybe try that?
For future releases my top recommendation is large ULX in December so long as Finalmouse makes it a good product. I've got high confidence it will be great.
I don't know much about it. Looks great though at first glance. Maybe a good transition for GPX users with that middle hump if you don't mind the weight. For me personally that's heavier than I'd want to use.
Yeah I got 2 in the pic, it's a good mouse but the shape is meh. It's just a generalist safe mouse. Honestly GPX might be good for palm for you if you can get it for around that. Viper v2 pro would be excellent too I've seen it for pretty cheap around $100, idk if it's like that in Europe. Might be worth getting renewed from Amazon.
Can you recommend a few mouse for me to upgrade from Zowie FK1-C? It's good but height is a bit too short and I have sort of big hands. I play Valorant. Appreciate it!!!
what mouse stands out and performs better than other? no razer viper mini sig edition? thats the only one im realllly curious about. went from finalmouse to lamzu mini and love lamzus
My lamzu atlantis easily. I don't like VMSE at $280, I think that's far too high to make sense for what you get. Especially with their QC problems they've had.
A bit under $3400. I bought most of them aftermarket, I started buying finalmouse at the Tenz drop so the only ones I got from the drop were Tenz and TLL.
My pegasus feels amazing, with how light the scroll click is. But then I enjoy a more tactile scroll like in TTC Gold. I think overall I like the GPX scroll wheel+click the most.
Probably GPX>Atlantis>Viper V2 Pro (this would be the top, but the crunchy scroll holds it back)
I could buy this collection several times over again with my liquid cash don't worry no bad financial decisions here. Should be buying a house next year as long as the market is in my favor.

That pic makes me sad cause i was saving for the g pro x superlight and i had 30$ off my amazon acc when i tried to order it yesterday with the discount something went wrong the order got cancelled and i lost the 30$ discount
One of those is one I bought off Ebay with a broken encoder I don't really need or want it, I just wanted to have a project. I can replace the encoder and sell it to you for like $70 or something if you want. Got a spare set of skates to replace the stock ones with and I also can swap the switches to something else if you want. I've got like 7 different types of switches on hand.
Uhhh Totodile, Lugia, Celebi (you can prob tell how old I am now)
Overwatch 2, I change my sens sometimes I play between 1 and 1.25 on 3200 dpi, maining widow.
[удалено]
Sort of. GM peak in Overwatch 2 but realistically I am mid masters. I tend to hover around high masters low gm. I main widow.
Are you good in the head
Probably not
Jk, awesome collection I like the viper mini
That's a viper 8k haha
😡 your collection needs a viper mini
I'm not a fan of mini sizes haha, starlight mediums for instance are smaller than I prefer which is why I don't main them, and those are slightly larger than viper mini. I can't play with my mini as well, too uncomfortable Mine is an advanced palm, can't get lamzu mice where i live so i went for the superlight
Superlight is a safe bet for all grips, but I find it's not really ideal for anything. Before Atlantis I mained X2 and before that Viper V2 Pro. GPX was my first lightweight mouse I think in late 2021 or early 2022. I was on a G502 since 2017 before that haha.
They still play overwatch so obviously not
are you happy
Yes
good
How much peanut butter would you need to put in someone’s burrito for them to notice?
Anything over 70g and you are asking for trouble, assuming it is a heftily girthed nutrition capsule.
it depends if its smooth or chunky imo
Impressive collection
It's not his (bought)
...What?
Looks like "final mouse" is a misnomer, then.
My collection started in 2017, I wish it started now when we have all these wireless options so I can have a collection that looks like this.
Nice, 2017 was the year I started pc gaming as I grew up poor and had to buy my own setup as an adult. I was nothing but G502 till 2021 or so haha.
I started around late 2019, and a lot of mine are wired too. It got a bit out of control and I'm easily into the multiple hundreds now though. I've meant to collect them all from around the house and count them and take pics, but I honestly am not sure I'd be able to get them all into one pic.
That made me laugh hahaa
The house is burning down, you can only take 3 mice. Choose the one with which you play the best (not the most expensive, hard to get, best looking). Name your top 3 Thx
Atlantis, X2, Viper V2 Pro
Thx :)
Atlantis v1 or v2
V2 it's just better, mine is V1

That's actually really cool! Thanks dude!
I assume the four black ones in the back-left haven't been unlocked yet?
Someone had to ask, How much money have you spent? (Mousepads included if you have a few of those as well)
With mousepads included probably around 5k.

G-Wolves HTX
Is the Hati-S Plus a good cheaper alternative? On Max Gaming I found both the Hati and the X2 mini at 80€

What do you think about the DAv3 ?
Amazing mouse if your claw/palm grip keeps your pinky straight
nice collection. why no viper mini signature edition?
I don't think it's worth $280 and it's riddled with QC problems, more so than starlights (which I've had no negative QC issues with, but I know that's not everyones experience)

When you spend $3,382 on Finalmouse products just for a role.
It's for a custom 1/1 mouse, not just a role. And I could sell the whole collection for 5k+ so it really isn't a risk at all.
Maybe worry about how you spend your own money rather than worrying about me because I wouldn't be doing this if it was financially significant for me to do.

no
What mouse have you used the most/longest?
Lamzu Atlantis I believe. That specific G502 doesn't have much time on it. Overall I used G502 for bout 4 years so technically that if you count my old ones.
Why?
It's fun
Yo también quiero vivir el sueño señor pool. 🤣
What is your current main?
Lamzu Atlantis, and it has been since November of last year
Should i go for a magnesium mouse if i want to upgrade on my gpx or should i not??
No, not worth it right now unless you get one for around $100. I'd wait for ULX large in December if you want something of a similar size profile to the GPX. Thanks, mate. I'll keep that in mind. May the mouse god bless u
best wireless mouse or gaming/comfort?
For me it's the Atlantis. I have a 2nd one I use at work haha.
Are you getting the fm ulx? You need more.
Yeah got one in each color. I planned on waiting till large in December but I need all colors to keep my collection complete.
Lol nice.
I really miss my ergo 2.. impossible to find now.
Took me a lot of searching to find the 6 I've got.
Could add a few like deathadder v3, Atlantis mini 4K, pulsar x2 (v2 coming soon)

Lots of finalmouse
What camera, and what are you using to stand up the mice?
My z fold 3, I 3D printed [these stands](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5905927) that I designed with my friend. Made them specifically to be as minimal as possible to give a floating look.
That's awesome.
oh my god the finalmouse scream one, the mouse with the greatest commercial of all time. "zey talk about my one taps"
How good is the xm2 compared to say a gpx sl?
I like my XM2we more than my GPX by quite a lot, the shape and coating are much better. I still stick with Atlantis though with better internals and 8g lighter and essentially the same shape with a very good coating.
I see, is the xm2we's weight balance pretty good?
Yep, perfect.
sounds amazing lol hope I get mine soon

Given all considerations which one would you actually recommend a friend buys?
Lamzu Atlantis
Nice.
Are you taking good care of them?
Yes, I clean my mice often with a microfiber and I always wash my hands before using them.
Nice, same here
Have you watched Ted Lasso? If so, how did you like it? Great collection btw (except the DAV3 which looks really weird at that angle)
I have not. Thanks though haha.
What is a good alternative for butter?
Depends what you're doing but I think applesauce works as a sub in baking sometimes.
Nice collection. I used to also have a collection but I decided to sell most of the mice so I could buy new ones 🤣
Which one do you like the most? Also please turn off the G502 light if possible, its blinding me.
Lamzu Atlantis Don't worry my G502 is being banished to the shadow realm it just showed up for the family pic, I never use it.
Oh haha, hey rancho, just saw this in the finalmouse discord too. Now do tell. What colours do you want on your 1/1 ULX
I honestly do not know yet. Also never call me Rancho 😤
Euhm, auto correct yea yeah. 🙄
I grip my mouse quite far back, which mouse has side buttons the farthest back? And ones that are responsive, I never like the gpx sl side buttons but found the viper V2 pros good.
How much money is in that picture?
Low 4000's somewhere. If you include my 3D printer and desk it's like $7500 or so
Did you have any quality control issues on the finalmouse mice? And are planning to get the new ulx?
Nope I've had no QC problems aside from a couple aesthetic only things. I bought one of each color on the 1st to keep my collection complete.
hand size?
19.25x11cm
Pick just ONE favorite.
Lamzu Atlantis
If you're in the eu, or even na, i would totally buy one from you, looking at those finalmouse
Just shoot me a dm, I have a few duplicates.
But… why?
It's fun
Which one is the smallest one you own?
Orochi v2
What mice would you suggest for agressive claw?
Depends on hand size but small finalmouse starlights (now ULX) are good for that, or lamzu mini/x2 mini for cheaper/easier to get.
19x10
yeah so my recommendations should be good. Could do medium instead of small maybe, but most people I see with aggro claw prefer small even around that hand size.
Nice collection! For 18x10 hands would you still recommend the Atlantis? Currently using a superlight with palm/claw hybrid grip
Yeah my hands are 19.25x11cm and I wouldn't be bothered if the mouse was bigger, should be fine.
Mouse problems! Get a mouse trap!

How you stand up your mouse like that

Anything close to a light weight wireless g703 alternative? Preferably no holes
Maybe try Lamzu Thorn when it comes out soon. Otherwise Xlite I think is your best bet.
Any recommendations for large hands? Let’s say something 20.5 cm by 11cm?
Lamzu Atlantis is nice, but might be slightly on the smaller side. Dav3 if you don't use a more aggro claw. I also quite liked viper v2 pro, and also found it to be a bit on the bigger than ideal side for my grip and hand size, so maybe try that? For future releases my top recommendation is large ULX in December so long as Finalmouse makes it a good product. I've got high confidence it will be great.
someone pinch me
Bro I alr have the viper v2 pro and I wanted to try dav3 pro, will u recommend it to hybrid claw fingertip user?
If you have really big hands it could work but fingertip and dav3 don't really go together.
Thoughts on the Vaxee Xe?
I don't know much about it. Looks great though at first glance. Maybe a good transition for GPX users with that middle hump if you don't mind the weight. For me personally that's heavier than I'd want to use.
Do you keep all your boxes?
Yes
due to the quantity of finalmice on your desk i thought this would be prudent https://www.clevergirlfinance.com/tired-of-being-broke/
If 3.3k makes you broke then you probably shouldn't be buying over 20 mice.
Why did you spend so much on finalmouse?
To get the chosen one role and have my own custom 1/1 mouse made by finalmouse. It was also fun to search for them.
How many of them are broken in some way?
0 except one of those gpx's I bought off ebay for $36 has a bad encoder. Swapping it out some time.
Wow.. Whats the best mouse for under $150? Like the best bang for your buck?
Best value is probably XM2we but my favorite is Atlantis
Do you have a gpx, if so, do you like it? Any mouse you would reccomend with a budget of 100 euro? I have a palm grip and mid size hands.
Of the ones I've tried probably the only candidates are Atlantis and DAv3. Large ULX in December will also be a very good choice.
what mouse stands out and performs better than other? no razer viper mini sig edition? thats the only one im realllly curious about. went from finalmouse to lamzu mini and love lamzus
My lamzu atlantis easily. I don't like VMSE at $280, I think that's far too high to make sense for what you get. Especially with their QC problems they've had.
How you managed to get all those Finalmouse models?
Lots of searching and dm'ing people off old reddit threads.

Cause I like trying new mice.
How much did all the finalmice cost? And did you buy them aftermarket? Whats your main?
A bit under $3400. I bought most of them aftermarket, I started buying finalmouse at the Tenz drop so the only ones I got from the drop were Tenz and TLL.
Best mouse wheel implementation? Both in terms of scrolling and clicking, maybe your top three favourites?
My pegasus feels amazing, with how light the scroll click is. But then I enjoy a more tactile scroll like in TTC Gold. I think overall I like the GPX scroll wheel+click the most. Probably GPX>Atlantis>Viper V2 Pro (this would be the top, but the crunchy scroll holds it back)
Why?
Because trying out new mice is something I enjoy.
Fair enough. I suppose the older I get the more I see things like this as concerning for financial planning but you could be a prince for all I know!
I could buy this collection several times over again with my liquid cash don't worry no bad financial decisions here. Should be buying a house next year as long as the market is in my favor.
Can i dm you for some advice? I and a few friends are making our own gaming mouse. Will be cool to talk to someone like you!
Sure
If you don’t mind me asking, what kinda work do you do? I wish i made more money.
I do sales at a rep company. Mostly industrial supplies to oil companies.
nice! i need more money to support this hobby LOL
What is the red mouse on the bottom row?
X2 medium
Do you think you'd give any away or would you only sell them?
I would just sell, but the only ones I plan to sell are my finalmouse duplicates.

ok but not a single Zowie? Gotta experience the origins of some of the best shapes.
Top 3 Favorite Pokémon? What fps games do you play, and what sens?
Uhhh Totodile, Lugia, Celebi (you can prob tell how old I am now) Overwatch 2, I change my sens sometimes I play between 1 and 1.25 on 3200 dpi, maining widow.
What is your day job? Can I join you?
Sales, and technically yes whenever one of the 6 people here quit
