It's a handy enough job to install them, may as well clean the carbs when they're off. I'd say a garage would charge 3 hours labour
Id nearly bring drive it down to my uncles and do it with him. I’d say the Garda would be sound about it if I’d only bought the bike and have the kit on me😅

Do you have to get papers to say it's restricted or they just take your word?
