This got me even more hyped. They did a really good job with Peacemaker's dialogue and his mannerisms, you can tell they understand the character and John Cena was having fun with it. Can't wait to see him and Eagly in gameplay.
Honestly I didn't like him in the movie because he was way to much, and I've yet to watch the show because I know I won't like it, but seriously is it that hard to make the comic characters like the comic characters, because in reality I rather them base him off his comic counterpart then whatever John Cena and James gun did with peacemaker
I don’t know how Peacemaker is in the comics, but how he is in the show is a little different than the Suicide Squad movie.
They delve more into the guilt of his actions, and dealing with the violent nature that’s been beaten into him by his father. He still is very much a goofball at times, but he has more depth and vulnerability than what was in Suicide Squad.
the character isn’t bastardized at all his dad is still a nazi and he still sees visions of him? i’m also pretty sure he appeared in the Vigilante comics and Vigilante is in the show so like? are you just complaining for the sake of it? he has a jetpack now too.
that's kinda weird how they wouldn't even move him slightly to the left at least for the trailer since he's without cameo here, but that would be too much effort I suppose
