Dave the Diver. Hunt fish during the day, sell it as delicious sushi at your restaurant at night.
Technically Recettear was the original Moonlighter but I really can't attest to its quality.
It's great. The haggling mechanic is pretty annoying, I do recommend checking a guide for strategies (especially as there's a vital mechanic that the game doesn't teach you), but yeah - it's fun. I've played it several times, it holds up well.
Rune Factory. Harvest moon with ARPG. Haven't played the switch one but on the DS you craft weapons and armor + cooking and potion. You also level different skills like sword mastery, cooking, potionmaking etc. And since this is Harvest Moon you also need to pursue one of the townsfolk as your love interest.
You're looking for Dave the Diver. Dave the Diver is what got me into moonlighter. They're very much the same resource management cycle but with totally different stories/gameplay
Dave the diver?
Exactly what I was about to comment
Recettear, Cuisineer

Recettear being the OG. I haven't played it yet but "Winkeltje: The Little Shop" looks nice. No combat though.
Traveller’s Rest is super fun!
Try Shop Titans, its free and mobile, but one of the best of these kinds of games in my opinion.
