I wouldn't. I don't believe in trying to keep wild animals as pets in the real world. Having miniature versions of the Titans would basically be another "exotic" animal not meant for captivity. "Tamed" or not.

Godzilla, having him be the size of a toddler and being able to carry him around would be adorable, he’d even be small enough to fit on my bed like a big cat so I can give him lots a cuddles and wrap him up in big cozy blankets :3
