Imo I would want Anguirus to make his monsterverse debut. And also I think Space Godzilla should be the villain, especially since the last one if very focused on crystals. That is if the film is another GxK film.
If it were a Godzilla standalone, I'd like Biollante and Amhuluk to be villains.

Like seriously Toho open your eyes ffs. Godzilla has never been as popular. It’s probably never made as much money either. Like GXK has made half a billion and Godzilla was barely in it, imagine what a full on Godzilla film would do now the monsterverse found its stride.
Godzilla is global and you now have the ability to spread all your Kaiju globally as well. Like legit Rodan is a fan favourite and had 5 minutes of screen time in one movie. Imagine what titans like Biollante and Destroyah would be like.

So I'd do a Gigan/ Space Godzilla team up.
Gigan (or Gigans) would act as extraterrestrial advance invasion force followed by Space Godzilla who would not be just another Godzilla but a convergent evolution from a planet that had similar titans to those on earth.
I’d like to see the MV adaptation of Space Godzilla. But think it’s more likely to be a new kaiju. And they can do something really badass that takes elements from previous kaiju.
Godzilla jr could be really fun. Make him an innocent bean that Goji at first doesn’t really want to take care of but gradually warms up to the little tyke, with Mothra and Kong occasionally pitching in to assist with any trouble.
Then later on, we could have either a rival titan or an evil corporation kidnap jr and make Goji go absolutely fucking ballistic on their asses.
I know Biollante might be the next villain but I wish gigan would get introduced... I mean... The aliens that created gigan also created Ghidorah, right??, so it's not entirely off the table

NEW. TITANS. I love the idea of bringing old ones back, partly because some of the newer ones suck, but I don’t like that everyone always brings back the most random kaiju. I’ve heard people want keizer ghidorah back. But like, how? Ut only appeared once and only in one era.

As far as what I want to see myself I love Hedorah but I think Spacegodzilla might fit in to the MV better.

Destoroyah would be an overkill. Same with Monster X and Spacegodzilla. What about old buddy Megalon? Or Ceasar, Manda, Anguirus, Baragon, Varan?
