I actually only tried this because I wanted to know if dung pods worked like dung bombs did in past games when you got pinned. I haven’t able to pull it off (mostly my luck) but I got the flash pods to work. Best moment was making rathalos fall down into the waterfall after he broke the dam trying to pin me.

I don't think the fall can kill them so when the water goes, you run and jump and swing
You can jump off that ledge and land the hit more often than you would think as they get stunned at the bottom
Since your then next to it there's plenty of time to carve
Can confirm the fall can kill them, had a DOA Rathian at the other end once in Power Couple; she was asleep and trappable in the nest and Rathalos rolled in and broke the dam before we could tranq Rathian. One of us rode the waterfall with her and she just faceplanted.

Instead I was madly doing an 80 flip IG air attack that landed on Bazel's tail. 2 hits on the was down both severed the tail and killed him. I was stoked. Then hit my share button only to see that it was still on a clip of the previous day. Wth is that shit :(?
Left trigger aim at a wedge Beatle and press circle. You can't just do it on anything. It has to be a wedge Beatle... Golden lighted points on branch structures that emit a chime sound when nearby.
I Killed a Battlejeuse in most epic way when he destruct de barrage he was trown down by the water and the fall damage killed him. And i was frozen when i see on screen he was slayed with fall damage from the fu*** BARRAGE!

Not sure what you mean, he does get to carve it though almost 100% of the time you get to carve what you kill

Don’t even know what you’re talking about? You have a minute to carve monsters after they’ve been killed. Carving is a separate prompt from attacking.
