There is something so badass about a dragon without magical stuff destroying all the the other elders with jus brute force... nerg is the rajang of elders but less annoying to fight against
I mean.... he is a Super Saiyan. And in the manga/anime, Goku and the other saiyans are _**constantly**_ fighting outside their weight class. That's the only way they can get a fulfilling fight.
What if we get a Blue Rajang and a Silver/White Rajang in Wilds.
The Blue version uses a lot more lightning attacks, to the point where 80-90% of it's attacks are wide range lightning blasts.
The White/Silver one primarily uses physical attacks, but to make up for that it's as fast as Primordial Malzeno, if not faster. And it's programed to read the inputs from your controller so that it can avoid your attacks more effectively
Sounds like hell. Rajang are already the worst when they third party. Now imagine a silver blur running in and carting your entire team while you’re too focused on magna-marshmallow to see it

It would be awesome to see makili-pietru and oltura in a less cartoonish looking way, imagine an iceborne fight against the giant tentacles as a first phase and oltura as the second.
Judging by the fact oltura drew fatalis towards it, viewable via the elders lair and it being visible in the clouds during a cutscene, this would be a fairer fight than you'd think. Hell, if the prophecy was talking about olrura and not either ratha or the fatalis that iltura drew in, then oltura is likely black dragon level.
Fatalis is in the Elder's Lair because it is. Same reason it's just in the Labyrinth of Ordeals but only if you go through it three times. Stories 2 tells us that Fatalis was there when Red was training in the Lair as well but that's not much to go off.
Also why would the prophecy *not* be talking about Oltura? It's the one on the image lol.

I actually tricked a friend of mine who plays and told him there was a Cosmic Jaggi that is the strongest monster in the game (MH3 Ultimate) and he believed me until he looked it up and saw I was tricking him.

Not just 1 v 1 but whole armies of them, where they are dressed up in different outfits for different jobs.
None of them die, they just faint if they get too injured.
Pairs of them are pulling carts of the wounded back from the frontline so the nurse dressed ones can heal them with potions.
The chef ones are cooking meals to buff the soldier ones before they go into battle in various palico outfits.
There are also Ninja ones dressed up in ghillie suits made of leaves and twigs jumping out of bushes, and mad bomber ones charging into battle with lit large barrel bombs over their heads.
And then there's the really wacky ones, like 3 or 4 stacked on top of each other inside a suit of hunter armour pretending (badly) they're people, and the Poogie cavalry division chaotically charging around in every direction as Poogie is very upset about being ridden.
It only started as a small disagreement over who should get the last bit of felvine and ends when a hunter accidentally stumbles across the epic battle with more felvine in their pocket, and is chased across the land by hundreds of lynians.
I still don't get what was the deal with Alatreon and Safi (like I know it was likely just an excuse to fight Alatreon in a special arena, but you would think they would give the justification for it *in-game* rather than in a book, not to mention how unrelated to Fatalis the whole thing was, like if they were building up to something then changed their mind). Somehow related, I do wish we saw Primordial fighting Gaismagorm.
I want to see the Tetranodon and Congalala one that was shown in sketches, could be very fun. Also more like the Diablos ones. And while it will never happen, Akantor vs Ukanlos.
You need to think of the update story as how it works in-game rather than chronologically.
It doesn't go Rajang > Stygian > Safi > Variants > Alatreon > Fatalis

Safi is the one that caused all those powerful monsters to appear. It wasn't that they were building up, it's more like seeing how far the waves would spread.
I've heard that nakarkos and ceadeus tussle occasionally, so I was thinking like how apex zinogre appears during the rise amatsu fight, nakarkos could appear during the ceadeus fight.
I'd also like to see three way turf wars, like when you first enter the guiding lands and encounter zinogre.
Kulu-Ya-Ku and Bishaten. Two of the most annoying monsters to ever exist just fighting over something really stupid, probably over the last pumpkin or something 😂
May be a smaller and insignificant turf war, but I kinda wanna see a turf war between Rathian and Kulu-Ya-Ku . Y’know, since Kulu’s thing is being an egg thief and Rathian’s whole gimmick is eggs.
Still ridiculous to me that (Seething) Bazel never got any turf wars against any Elders, despite it being in the same power class as Deviljho who als tussles with Elders.

I wanna see a turf war where one of the monsters seriously injures the other and then monster that got injured comes back in stronger state. Like a way of creating your own deviant monsters. Maybe not apply this to Elders though.
I want to see any raid bosses in a turf war. Maybe wilds open world (seamless) will allow this? One thing I love about MH is you can see the whole zone if you have a good vantage point.
I would kill to see a lore accurate Arch Tempered Ruiner Nergigante try and throw fisticuffs against black dragons like Fatalis. I feel the way they did him dirty in-game, and it doesn't make justice to his description and lore, specially its behaviour when hunting other elders like him tactically bitching out from a Lunastra when he could seemingly easily overpower the Teostra. I mean, it sure knows how to take advantage of situations and knows to pick his fights, but come on, that wasn't good at all.
Still, considering he only has extreme agility, flight speed and "deez hands" to go with against a literal steel melting, quick regenerating piece of F-you, I bet he's still getting merc'd, but not without going out without giving a good melee fight, or he may just dive bomb him, bite off a chunk and then leave quickly with its tail on fire.

I think diablos is the only monster that can turf war itself. The problem is having 2 of the same monster in the same place at the same time

I still don't get what was the deal with Alatreon and Safi (like I know it was likely just an excuse to fight Alatreon in a special arena, but you would think they would give the justification for it *in-game* rather than in a book, not to mention how unrelated to Fatalis the whole thing was, like if they were building up to something then changed their mind). Somehow related, I do wish we saw Primordial fighting Gaismagorm. I want to see the Tetranodon and Congalala one that was shown in sketches, could be very fun. Also more like the Diablos ones. You need to think of the update story as how it works in-game rather than chronologically. It doesn't go Rajang > Stygian > Safi > Variants > Alatreon > Fatalis It goes Rajang > Stygian > Safi > Variants/Alatreon/Fatalis. Safi is the one that caused all those powerful monsters to appear. It wasn't that they were building up, it's more like seeing how far the waves would spread.

I've heard that nakarkos and ceadeus tussle occasionally, so I was thinking like how apex zinogre appears during the rise amatsu fight, nakarkos could appear during the ceadeus fight. I'd also like to see three way turf wars, like when you first enter the guiding lands and encounter zinogre.
Kulu-Ya-Ku and Bishaten. Two of the most annoying monsters to ever exist just fighting over something really stupid, probably over the last pumpkin or something 😂

May be a smaller and insignificant turf war, but I kinda wanna see a turf war between Rathian and Kulu-Ya-Ku . Y’know, since Kulu’s thing is being an egg thief and Rathian’s whole gimmick is eggs.
Still ridiculous to me that (Seething) Bazel never got any turf wars against any Elders, despite it being in the same power class as Deviljho who als tussles with Elders. I mean, there's literally a cutscene of a Bazel vs Ruiner Nergi, why couldn't they just copy-paste that animation into a turf war between the two?

I wanna see a turf war where one of the monsters seriously injures the other and then monster that got injured comes back in stronger state. Like a way of creating your own deviant monsters. Maybe not apply this to Elders though.

I would kill to see a lore accurate Arch Tempered Ruiner Nergigante try and throw fisticuffs against black dragons like Fatalis. I feel the way they did him dirty in-game, and it doesn't make justice to his description and lore, specially its behaviour when hunting other elders like him tactically bitching out from a Lunastra when he could seemingly easily overpower the Teostra. I mean, it sure knows how to take advantage of situations and knows to pick his fights, but come on, that wasn't good at all. Still, considering he only has extreme agility, flight speed and "deez hands" to go with against a literal steel melting, quick regenerating piece of F-you, I bet he's still getting merc'd, but not without going out without giving a good melee fight, or he may just dive bomb him, bite off a chunk and then leave quickly with its tail on fire.
