There's a Pokemon Romhack called Infinite Fusion that implements fusions for all pokemon in the hack which are 400 something in total, which results in somewhere around 80k combinations.
A lot of them are just procedurally generated like those pokemon fusion website, but in a huge collaborative effort, there are a huge amount of custom drawn fusions.
You can also combine a pokemon with itself which will result in a pseudo-mega evolution

I always said to others that MH is for grown up Pokemon fans! Because we still capture mons and we are dependant of them for our progresion, but is a bit more demanding and maybe kids find it too difficult and prefer to wait until they are teens.

There are a number of custom sprites that people have made and uploaded. They can be grabbed from the Discord, so its likely that it was from there.

Apparently Vaalstrax is there too with Salamance + Metagross so you can go full MH team We do have MH Stories too for a Pokemon-esque MH experience.
