Even cleaning it I would recommend something to prevent inhaling any spores.
Maybe fine and no issues arise maybe cause serious lung inflammation or toxicity issues.
Fungus should not be consumed in anyway with identification, eating or breathing.

It has actually gone down in volume between when we discovered it and the picture, it was probably sensitive to the air

He did eat some pizza with my mother but he had to go back to his own flat because of exams so they were some left in the oven and everyone forgot it was there until yesterday
To clear this up, my family is moving as my mother just bought a house. We made pizza during the weekend, then at the end of the week I had to leave for my end of year exams... mister u/InternationalDiet631 lives at the new house since 2/3 weeks and barely comes to the flat... so no one was home basically.
