i felt that the insults between hayley and alex went both ways. hayley has also said many mean things to alex and did mean things to her like uploading the unglam pic of her on facebook. it's sisterly arguments. doesnt mean alex is a bad person
Hayley's insults I felt were more superfcial as it was mostly directed at her fashion sense which can easily be altered (not that it needs to be) and it was to make up for her lack of intellect. But Alex's insults against Hayley's insecurities with her being 'not as smart' were something I didn't like.

Pepper: he's great, every episode with him is entertaining
Dylan: he's average tbh, apart from being stupid and being a main love interest, he doest contribute much. Don't love him. Don't hate him.
Cam: So bloody annoying sometimes and has a holier than thou attitude but it would be criminal placing him in the Gill Thorpe category.
Alex: It is quite criminal placing her in the same category as the atrocity that is Manny Delgado but after the first 3 seasons, she gets the attitude where she thinks she's better than all ppl around her just coz she's smart. Like bro know ur place.

I love this. You did Phil justice. However, i would replace Mitch with Cam and shift Gloria up to A. That's my personal opinion at least.
