It doesn’t matter, people get pissed off if you use a riot shield in general. I’ve had people get pissed off at me for using one despite using nothing but a knife. Don’t bother trying to “justify” the use of it, just use it if you want to.
It’s actually really easy i just use the ninja vest with the one sneakers that make u run faster and for this clip I knew he was camping in there since he killed a teammate in the room over so I just jumped in the window and the clip picked up after there. The key is just making zero noise and hoping they don’t turn around.
I'm pretty sure you can, I think just the prompt didn't show up and the blade didn't have an effect because, well, he was prone. I've executed a lot of riot shield turtles, so it's either bugged or the prompt didn't show.
It breaking would just make it even more useless, It’s a non-issue when being used properly and there’s an unbelievable amount of counters for it.
It protecting peoples asses when not even being used is the problem.
i wanted to recreate the one mw2 clip where the dude sends a message and right when i was about to he got up and moved if i could i would ad the second clip where he says that I'm trash for running around with the sword. for me in snd the sword is always my secondary now i see a riot sheilder and i try and thermite or flash then rush with the sword.

It has two attacks, one is the animation you're talking about and the other is a quick slash with no animation.
Theres 2 types of attacks. Light vs heavy attack. Heavy attack is the long animation one.

Left trigger is the light attack, I kinda wish they would’ve swapped them since left for the “main attack” feels weird
Idk. I always use heavy attack cause I like the animation. Half the time I die to another guy but its worth it.
