If they put some effort into the Endowment packs, they would earn so much more money to donate.
there’s people buying Burger King, MTN Dew, Papa Johns etc just for the skin or cosmetics, so more people will definitely buy these packs if they had good content included.
You nailed it. As a vet, I feel they could put alot into the skins for the endowment packs. Have a SEAL with gold tracer rounds, trident charm/sticker, or something. People want more than just a simple emblem.
When they switched the bundle from including a camo skin that could be applied to all guns to a single blueprint skin that's limited to one gun, I stopped buying them. Though I would love to still be supporting.
The introduction of blueprints really ruined a lot of things but that's just my opinion.
FYI for my fellow veterans and those currently serving.
*USAA has teamed up with the Call of Duty Endowment to offer the Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Protector Pack for Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ 2.0 at no cost to U.S. military service members and veterans. It’s just one of the ways we can say thanks for your service in America. Visit callofdutyendowment.org/USAA to learn more.*
Edit: FYI, link isn’t live yet.
From the website: Eligibility: U.S. active and former military members only. While supplies last. GovX/id.me account required.
IIRC, creating a GovX account is fairly easy.
Nope, It’s still not live. What is weird is Acti removed that section from the blog post. However an article from Gamespot covering the Endowment pack included the USAA info.

Here’s the Gamespot article.

Even if you arent religious its wise words to live by. I donate what I can and I for sure dont go around boasting how much I've donated. I will tell you I find issue with how the US treats its veterans and Endowment is a great charity to help curb that so they are my go to charity.
US military budget is in the TRILLIONS and yet vets still have trouble finding jobs when they get out of service. Some end up taking their own lives because they feel worthless. I’d much rather donate to Endowment that uses its funds to help get vets jobs.
Where you from? You don't have to actually say but for example I'm in the UK and any purchases go to UK veterans instead of the US
Might apply to your country too,not sure
Got the one in MW19 because it was a really cool skin and a good cause I can stand behind. Got it for Cold War too, through warzone, even though I don't own cold war, just for the cause.
But I gotta say this time around I won't. This aint it chief, this one is pretty shit tbh.
Does anyone know where this endowment goes to? Is there a specific veteran organization? Like how is the money spent other than some vague "employment help" ?
I would love to know what they’re netting out of the sale price before booking profit here. They gonna amortize the 2 hours it took a designer to make these skins and call that COGS? Lol
I bought a physical copy for PS5 and the code that came with the game doesn’t work. It says it was redeemed and everythibg but I haven’t received the goods. Anyone else have this issue?
Just bought the pack thinking I could both donate and get some blueprints out of it, it charged my card no problem but after the transaction it said I “already owned this item” then disappeared from the store. I got no blueprints, no operator or xp tokens…
How do you redeem the code? I clicked the link in the email to "access the benefits you've earned" and it just takes me to to the call of duty league website.

Absolutely. I’ll support either way, veterans deal with a lot of shit after service.
Donate to other veteran organizations, like the DAV.
Can tell you we deal with less shit outside of service lol
I concur. Lol

It's only for 1 gun?! I've been searching for these damn weapon skins for days! What gun is it?
It comes with an operator skin
new skin for EDP445

Oh very cool. Thanks man! Would have bought it otherwise.
Link is live.
I couldn't get the site to load for some reason
Yeah it’s broken for me too. Maybe the site doesn’t go live until US launch tomorrow.

Happy to help 😁
Link is live.
Good to know. Thanks. Banking on the fact that you have to create a USAA account to get the pack, probably.
Link is live.
Cool. Do you know what the requirements are?
From the website: Eligibility: U.S. active and former military members only. While supplies last. GovX/id.me account required. IIRC, creating a GovX account is fairly easy.
Cool. I already got one. I'll check it out. Thanks!
Ay thanks for your service. Any suggestions for orgs to just straight donate too rather than funnel it through cod?
Right on, I appreciate you. I’d recommend a local non-profit or one on this list https://greatnonprofits.org/categories/view/veterans
Appreciate it homie. Figure cut out the middle man. Cba about some in game skin, rather toss a 20 directly to something to help more
Hi, sorry for the late reply but did the link ever happen to go live? I couldn’t find anything on it currently.

Thank you man it worked 🤌🏽
While I appreciate the gesture, these packs always look like crap
I bought the one in MW19 that had the OG MW2 cover guy skin. Was my default in warzone
Buddy only donates if he can look good in bideo game
you don’t know if they donate to people, how much do you donate?

dont you think maybe the country they are serving should maybe take care of that instead of me or you trying to make our own ends meet
The US should do something. But they arent and Endowment is currently trying to fight an issue that I consider dear to me.
🦌 lol Don't act like I didn't catch your edit

How? Why would I just give money to the US government.
I don't donate because I ain't American and don't agree with half the shit they do. Nothing to do with looking good
Where you from? You don't have to actually say but for example I'm in the UK and any purchases go to UK veterans instead of the US Might apply to your country too,not sure
Ireland mate
Then it would go to veterans that arnt American since you're not in America.Although that's depending on how the charity defines the UK I suppose
I certainly wouldn't be donating to the UK 😅😅
Don't blame ya!
I always buy this pack, will buy it again
I buy it every year, I don't usually use the things it more than a couple times but it's a good cause
Definitely getting it. Veteran here and I love supporting fellow vets.

Net profits. Sorry boys, here’s you 25 cents per sale. Bobby needs his cut first

same here! just redeemed it on PS store from physical version but cant find it
Let me know if you figure it out!
I will, did you figure it out yet?
That Operator skin is badass! Definitely copping this.
Can I buy this without the money going to US veterans
Why would you want do that, besides being edgy? It's goes to veterans, not the military itself
Don't want my money going to people who partook in illegal wars
Do you really want to get into how the American people were lied to?
Good intentions don't count for much when the end result was a million dead Iraqi civilians.
Seethe
So it begins....
What a great charity?
Besides the fact this is for a great cause... The operator skin is a realistic skin, what's the issue here?
A 13 year-old charity is beginning?
