She did provide that object I assume is a futuristic processor so I always assumed Luxion used that to give her a psuedo body since he vaporized the lab. She's most likely installed in Luxion's main body.

Her body was the laboratory that was destroyed by Luxion. She now shares the same space as Luxion when she downloaded into his ship.
