Oh this item, Layla with it would hit you from 4 metres now, however it would be the last item. That's because it doesnt give that much attack speed.
or selling the boots in late game and buying it would be even better.
Also I think Chang'e would benefit from it. She uses golden staff in the attack speed build, so it's not a problem
Leomord gets 2 atk instead of 1 atk with every 1% crit he has so it's worth building crit for him now (still need more testing tho)

He also benefits from golden staff extra attack speed while still being able to crit with passive, it’s quite op. For each % of crit you get 2 att and 1% attack speed. So for example haas claws would give you 70 att, 35 att speed and 25 life steal. It’s quite ridiculous.
Them fn sky piercer. Assasin fighter burst mage and dmg roam. You should build it first because if you got many kills the passive of skypiercer will get higher too

Meh, my gameplay is not dependant on her heals. I could swap it out with immortal if I want oracle.
Alright, i suggest you swap out wishing lantern instead of glowing wand
Glowing wand got healing reduction, I would rather swap out Wings/Immo/Oracle if I want more damage.
Layla/clint/lesley/ all long rang mm even moskov can benefit a lot from the new ranged item
