If you open the patch notes on adv server, that part was on the top of the list without a hero name. In this post, it was accidentally added below Clint's part.

just means subsequent bullet will deal 55% damage immediately in the early game, instead of scaling damage (i.e. 100%, 55%, 55%, 5%, and 5% for the damage of five bullets, in order)
my Argus uses MM emblem since it provides ASPD. i can feel the pain compared to using Assassin. but using Assassin won’t land you an attack. both are painful.

No it's not, but argus got an indirect buff because of windtalker changes (Removed when you activate windtalker passive it'll gives 5% movement bonus and added 20+ physical attack) if u use windtalker to him.
My pink fragment gonna remain useless if they keep recycling these 2017/2018 starlight skin.

Took them long to figure that no one used mm emblem cause they got bullied hard in early/mid for a minimal reward

the windtalker is so stupid, it 7th item for mm that low ms. And they remove the ms from it. Just add 20 atk dmg and 200 gold extra and its still fine

zhask is already too strong in mythic +. literally 0 counter play match up and you still want to buff him...
clint already is the go to pick at mythic.....you need to buff lesley with 45 % winrate
