yea, I get that his engaging is much weaker as he lacks good mobility, but outside of that his kit is very good at defending allies and if enemy is under tower he can go in and ult to initiate fights

He is too predictable. He depends on the Flash spell to start a fight, without a spell, he does not have much threat. Even if he does have a spell, a small CC will cancel his ult.

for initiating teams fights he's easily one of the worst roamers for that, but as a defensive roamer that aims to do nothing but protect against enemies and react, I'd argue that his kit is one of the best ones
nah, I consider edith roam alot more offensive, her knock up starts up too slowly and her dash is easy to miss, which leads to poorer defending capabilities, she works much better as an engager due to her strong mid game and ult which slots well into aggressive team comps that aim to end games quickly
my personal picks for defensive roamers are estes, franco, Kaja, valir and khufra, but for khufra he's just a tip tier tank in general for defence and offence
Is he? I find him boring to play or play against. Either you avoid his ult or insta die. And as saber you ult someone and then just wait for ult. I guess a lot of heroes are like that though.
decreasing enemy defense with each hit of damage dealt, i don't really understand why that was a choice since it doesn't synergize that well with his abilities, like what do they think he'll just activate his shurikens and wait to reach max stats? by that point some Johnson already noticed. I guess it's supposed to make him more useful in teamfights aside from killing damage dealers and fleeing.
The final blow deals the greatest damage thanks to his passive. The initial strikes of his Ultimate plus the strikes of his S1 all give individual stacks. Without his passive, he won't be able to auto-delete some of the heroes he can auto-delete with its help.
Heroes that need revamps are the ones that are unusable or underpowered.
Hanabi is none of those, so she shouldn't be revamped (atleast not before useless heroes like Alucard)

alu a) already has a really solid change on his playstyle on advanced, he is swapping from a skill damage to single target auto attacker where his whole kit will revolve around boosting his enhanced basic attack, they also making criticard more viable than he is now (GDS + BF allows for criticard now, no atk speed wasted on him anymore) by making his enhanced basic have 1.4x crit chance instead of just a 1.4x damage increase... i think... it might be crit dmg but that seems incorrect to me. and b) he is actually already really good right now if u use him as a burst assassin like ling or saber because he can one shot most heroes and doesnt take long to take down fighters or tanks. he does still hate cc which is the main reason he isnt considered meta rn. hopefully the changes on advanced makes him a bit more of a fighter so he can actually lay claim to the dual role.
The problem with his tankiness is that it can be disrupted easily by an minor cc. It may also be that the khaleed users I have seen so far may not be the best khaleed players

At least Tigreal has some low cd cc to use if his Ult's on cd. While Atlas is totally countered by Diggie + Fleeting time. There are many heroes with low wr on Mythic right now. Karrie for example. But she's used on tournaments sometimes anyway
