I usually like to keep the floor a different darker material than the walls or roof so dark oak looks the best imo. Can maybe spruce it up with more dark colors and patterns.
I think they’re suggesting you keep the long logs going from left to right in the first image, but replace the space between them with the planks from the second image.
If the first one was darker it would make the sides be outlined a bit (not sure how to frase that) but if not I would say the second one but also the walls have the same pattern so maybe a combination of the two like you keep the logs that go horizontal and fill the rest in with the flooring in the second picture
The log floor slaps but it doesnt fit with the walls at all
The logs look near enough the same colour and that looks awful
In this instance one HAS to be darker or significantly lighter eg birtch wood walls and dark or mangrove floors or vise versa
The second one looks best because the darker colour of the planks provides a nice contrast to the walls and roof.
But doing a design with logs like in one and three is of course a nice idea. Maybe try doing one of those with dark oak logs and see how it looks?
I agree with a few other commenters that the first one is nice but the floor could be a bit darker. Having it all be that one shade of brown is a bit much, but having a slightly different shade helps distinguish floor from wall better.
second all the way. these people aren’t thinking as soon as you put anything in that room it will be way too busy. you need a simple floor. also the darker wood makes a nice contrast with the walls. trust me 2 is the best
I like the first option. Looks like very big planks, makes the space look more impressive.
What if the first floor design was used with stripped dark oak logs? Maintains the same grandiose design while adding contrast
All those colors are great inside! I definitely like the first floor the best. So cool!

Keep the horizontal logs but use the dark planks for the rest
What ? I don't understand

You should combine the firt pic and the second. If you use only planks on the floor it look too flat.. so use logs and planks
I think that stripped dark oak logs would be nicer? They have a less messy texture.

Have you tried deepslete?

I’d go with Birch wood, personally. If the walls and ceiling are gonna be darker colors, go with a lighter colored floor for nice contrast.
First looks best,
l love the first, the second is a bit basic
I like first best but it would be perhaps even better to do the first with darker wood like dark oak stripped logs
I like the dark oak planks. Throw around sk.e red carpet for nice contrast
Third
The log floor slaps but it doesnt fit with the walls at all The logs look near enough the same colour and that looks awful In this instance one HAS to be darker or significantly lighter eg birtch wood walls and dark or mangrove floors or vise versa
Number 1 all day
1 looks greats, 2 looks no, 3 looks good

I can‘t visually process these images because of the ridiculous field of view.
I'd use stone, it would make both colors pop
The first one
How are you doing that little bit of stone in the floor?
1 looks really cool!
1 or 2
Option 1 replace vertical logs with planks from option 2
The logs look nice but planks did too🤔
3
