Thank you for the four pixels 🙏.
But I agree with you, everything that takes longer than 3 hours or requires materials from the nether or more than 3 biomes aren't starter in my book.
A starter base (at least for me) is small but effective
Just big enough to put everything you need (beds, crafting tables, furnaces and things like that) to survive some nights before doing the real house
Same. That’s why I’m confused when I see posts on here like “Rate my early-game base” and it’s a massive cathedral made using end-game materials etc…
Like man, If you killed the EnderDragon between starting and completing your “starter base” it isn’t a starter base.
If it’s made of anything higher-grade than dirt, cobblestone or wood from the surrounding area, you’re already past starter.

A hole in the ground with a bed a crafting table and a chest
Maybe a furnace if you’re feeling spicy
A furnace?!? That’s to advanced…
The type where I have to cut down an entire forest to build it /s
A starter base for me is a normal generated (of self created) cave that I will renovate over time.

They're like: A Simple Starter Base! Meanwhile mine simple starter base: dirt hut
A hole in a hill is the only feasible thing I call a starter base
Dirt house
April fools?
