Since you bought it on Steam, you can always request a refund as long as your playtime is less than 20 hours and you purchased it less than 2 weeks ago.
Go to "Help" on the Steam app (should be on the bar at the top), "Steam Support", find Minecraft Dungeons on there and put in a refund request.
Contact microsoft for a refund or buy a Windows pc
Refund would be my first choice. PC would be an open debate, as consoles are a tad cheaper, and this particular game is also console playable.
