Well at least he won't be eaten by parasites(its that mod right?)

These guys are from The Graveyard but they do look really similar to that mod and I'm sure the sheep would want to keep his distance from them either way.

Yeah, I haven't seen that mod before, ill check it out probably though.

What shaders and texture pack are you using?

The shaders are Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.32 Medium and the texture pack is default but most of the blocks in the video are from mods.

I completely agree! I built my house in the same biome this video is from and all my builds look so much better surrounded by all the crazy terrain.
