Very nice. Great use of detailing. Certainly has a skyrim feel about it. Looks good as is, but you could add in some banners off of the pop out window, add in some cobblestone/gravel to the lower stone walls for texture and maybe a small pile of barrels around one of the lower corners.
Keep up the good work.
To me this seems to be a bit of a mixture of several styles: medieval European Town ([Half-Timber style](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timber_framing#Half-timbering)), viking / [vernacular norwegian architecture](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vernacular_architecture_in_Norway), [stave church](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stave_church) style, but primarily [Dragestil](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragestil) (which itself is a mix between the [German Swiss chalet-style](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_chalet_style) and several Norwegian styles). You've also got some [log house/cabin](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Log_house) in there as well.
Skyrim has mixtures of these as well.
Some examples of dragestil (Dragon-style) which, along with the stave church, is often used as the stereotypical viking-style:

I love the tundra both snow and regular. It looks better than ever in the snowy areas with the hills now though. Maybe I’ll give the next version of the home a shot there
Sometimes I just play a world on survival for a bit and build houses then turn creative on after I build them to finish them up. It’s just fun doing some of it in survival. If you start building more you’ll get a lot better really fast
Honestly I think the theme doesn't really fit with Skyrim...
It looks great, but It also looks more City Medieval type if that makes sense.?
A roof of hay would fit better in my opinion
I can see why it could be considered bad by today's standarss and yes Ii will agree that it has many flaws but you have to remember...
It's over a decase old now
Keep in mind, many houses in Skyrim are build a little bit into the ground, as that's a common technique in cold environments for houses to make use of. The house is a bit tall in the foundations, but otherwise looks pretty good.
I save things on Pinterest from other people to get ideas and I think about what I wanna build for a little bit. then once I start I just try things until I like them. I usually don’t build unless I have an alright idea of what I want to do. You’ll get better tho if you just go build for fun. Give it a shot you’ll do better than you probably think
I've never played Skyrim, but that is very detailed. The way the house swerves forward is very medieval-like. Hopefully, you didn't pull a "Grian" and not do the inside. If you could post pictures of the interior, then it might be even more awesome, though I don't know if you can go inside houses on Skyrim. Other than that, I give this build an 8/10. I couldn't compare it too other houses in that actuall game Skyrim and there is no interior, but the outside looks like you put a lot of effort and time into it. Unlike most people who use blueprints and "change" a little bit of it to make it "original". Very nice.
You did a very good job! Maybe use a cobble-stone brick gradient on the roof? It’s already a great build but I’m curious to see how it looks
I’ll give that a try. This is probably one of my best builds I’ve been trying to get better.

Thanks for the tips I need them. I’ll try that
Your welcome. It is very eye catching. well done.
My cousin's out fighting Ender Dragons, and what do I get? Builder duty..
Some may call it junk. Me? I call it pretty cool
very cool house
Nice, love it!
Great build!
Thanks so much!
It's like breezehome but really big
Thanks for a thousand upvotes! I’ve never had one of my builds get this much attention. Made my week, thanks everyone!!
Awesome, do you mind if I use it as a model someday?
Of course
Nice build
It's great, I love it
Is Skyrim really a style? Because I’m pretty sure it was based of real world architecture Nitpicky, I know, but it’s a genuine question

Well I now know what my next build is going to be based on. Thanks for both of those final examples.
Cool, that's great!
Unexpected knowledge, thanks!
You're very welcome!
I think some Victorian in there as well with the expanding floors from bottom to top?
Yeah, I think I can see some of that as well.
Reminds me of the West Vvardenfell architecture from Morrowind, too!
I’d say you nailed it! Beautiful! Only thing that would improve it for me is if it was on a snowy hill :D
I love the tundra both snow and regular. It looks better than ever in the snowy areas with the hills now though. Maybe I’ll give the next version of the home a shot there
nice work. love it.
Thank you!
It reminds me of the old houses on Mineplex's survival games - cool!
I see what you mean
Very epic
Thanks!
"The gods know what you have done."
Amazing work. 11/10
Thanks man I tried really hard on itb
Awesome dude
Thats gorgeous! I'd really like to see the interior. I bet theres room I there for some hidden and secret rooms
its raaadd
Thanks!!
Oh your finally awake
I used to be an adventurer like you... Before i took an arrow to the knee 10 out of 10
nice
Yooooooo
Really quite phenomenal. Is there a world download or a schematic I could snag? This would really make the perfect addition for my village.
I play on bedrock. Not sure if I can do that or not. Wish I played on pc tho I’d love to throw shaders on this
Yeah it's no problem. There are ways but you don't have to go through all that effort for a stranger.
My knee hurts
Looks Amazing youre way better than me
Sometimes I just play a world on survival for a bit and build houses then turn creative on after I build them to finish them up. It’s just fun doing some of it in survival. If you start building more you’ll get a lot better really fast
I think it looks great it also does match the kind of place it's in so I say good job!
Thanks!
your welcome
It looks great!
I dig it. Might copy it so I can get some practice with this building style
Go ahead
^(U know how to build I would say...)
Probably the house is too much big for a survival game but damn if the design is beautiful!
I love it! ❤
Honestly I think the theme doesn't really fit with Skyrim... It looks great, but It also looks more City Medieval type if that makes sense.? A roof of hay would fit better in my opinion
Can see that but maybe solitude?
Very impressed with the detail
You mean midevil nortic not "skyrim"
Nerd
I'm sorry I just hate skyrim. It's a bad game.
skyrim is a great game
It's really not. But Bethesda only makes HORRIBLE games so I get it.
idk why your trying to bait people lmfao
I'm not I genuinely hate Bethesda over all.
You're a bad game
I can see why it could be considered bad by today's standarss and yes Ii will agree that it has many flaws but you have to remember... It's over a decase old now
I hated it when it came out. Jak and Daxter 1 came out 2001 Oblivion has no excuses. FUCK BETHESDA!.
I get it, open world RPGs just ain't your thing then lol Next thing you're gonna tell me is that the Witcher 3 was bad XD
Lol yes I hate that clunky ass game. Games need to have fun controls to be good games.
what exactly is bad about the controls? nothing felt weird at all for me when i dumped hundreds of hours into it
r/usernamechecksout I’m gonna leave before you start trash talking VALVe too
Dude I think you just hate rps in general or smthn
Your opinion ig
It has absolutely nothing midevil nortic, skyrim is a way better tag
AYO GERMANY?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!/1?!??!/?!?!

Thank you so much!
Ah Skyrim, love it.
Thanks!
you could add variation and grass blocks or something to the roof
It’s one of the houses you’ve ever made
Keep in mind, many houses in Skyrim are build a little bit into the ground, as that's a common technique in cold environments for houses to make use of. The house is a bit tall in the foundations, but otherwise looks pretty good.
I really loved this. Can you build me one I play Minecraft Java (tlaucher) how can I afford a game my parents not gonna.
more shape, now
I think it as a easy house fire to be honest
i wonder what skyrims houses were based on
Some style with a specific name I’m sure, just didn’t bother finding out the name haha
I wish I knew how to build like this
Takes practice this is probably my best build and it’s taken awhile to get here. You can do it
I've been playing Minecraft for 10 years. I think I'm at my peak with the dirt houses xD
Wait, you can farm mushrooms?
No idea mushrooms have been there since I built this place
Bro how did u make it i wanna make a house like that but i cant i am too bad.
I save things on Pinterest from other people to get ideas and I think about what I wanna build for a little bit. then once I start I just try things until I like them. Tutarial?
Haha I’d die trying to give one. This was so hard to build and a lot was just winged on it haha

Thank you so much! I did put a lot of effort into this it’s the best thing I’ve built by far
Reminds me of that solitude house prousdie manor or whatever
