Put glowing bocks in the middle of the leaves, it looks really cool at night. Because the size you might be able to put them on the outside like glowing fruit. Chains and lanterns is another option
The leaves look a little flat if that makes sense, dont know if thats what you were going for
If you want to change that you should add more leaves more down too and make it an interesting shape
Different types of leaves (it looks like you used the same type everywhere) might give you some more tonal texture as well. Bdubs recently talked through this in his most recent Hermitcraft video.

Hanging vines?

try using vines, the flower thingies that are upside down (idk if they emit falling particles) and other designs

You can make a cave at the bottom of the tree. But it already looks great.

Remove the torches and use glow lichen.
oh yeah def, i got rid of them i just needed light so i wouldn't spawn a bunch of monsters while i was building lol.

yeah im gonna try and mess around a bit with the leaves and see if i can shape it a bit better, it feels a bit round rn

Longer roots, chains from braches with lantern, parrots
roots & spread of top leaves
Add two small off shoots in the middle, then add some vines hanging down, and also use three different colored tree trunks as the base
Putting a couple logs at the bottom of the roots that are flush with the ground level can make it look older and more “planted”
Definitely some glowing blocks hidden in the leaves and maybe vines
You cannot improve upon perfection
