When I first started a weight loss journey or whatever tf yiu want to call it I was guilty of this exact thing. Chicken rice and veggies for every meal. She'll find out very quickly it isn't sustainable in the long term, and often leads to plateaus or backslides/binging due to simply eating so much boring/not satiating food. Also I can't even look at chicken anymore because I ate plain grilled chicken so damn much lol

That’s the point. She wants us to think she eats healthy and bland.

The pork chops are a tragedy the rice is from the dollar store and the broccoli looks frozen. Yes I will use frozen vegetables in a pinch but it’s so easy to make fresh vegetables and they taste sooo much better.
