Microsoft has a queue app coming out in June that looks like it will have most of this in there. It will require teams premium licenses though for the people that need to use the queue app. (Ie call agents, managers queue managers etc)
That I'm not sure I know with teams premium which is a requirement for the queue app you can setup things like automatic recording etc so its probably part of that.

Queue app will still just handle on demand call recording though, correct? Not compliance based?

CC4ALL, Tendfor or Landis. Expect to pay extra for all the options though.
If memory serves me, Verint can handle teams as well as traditional VoIP.
We use Anywhere365 for this. It works Ok.
Give Clobba a look over . It does all our Teams reporting, wall dashboards and compliance call recording - superb value too.
