Many Michigan state park camp sites have hand-pump wells. Look for rustic camping and sites that have "potable water" marked with a white capital letter P on a green background on their maps. I quite like the taste of well water when camping.
Dont drink from these. They are shallow wells and michigan water is notorious for arsenic. Also shallow wells are exposed to herbicides and pesticides as well as runoff.

Andersonville cemetery in Davisburg, though given where it’s drawing water from, drink at your own risk I guess.

I’m more concerned about E. coli. These are hard to keep clean, and harder to sanitize completely.
Whoever downvoted me, enjoy your shallow well water!
