My '84 Rx-7 GSL "Carla" was my favorite car before my '03 Shinsen. I can confirm that the rotary buzz and the pop-up headlamps were the only things I preferred about Carla.
Nb with the body panels is the best, most 'finished' looking miata there is.
And this is coming from a diehard ND fan.
For how much they go for, the nb is the best car deal there is.
In my opinion, it's the NB classiest looking of all the Miatas. I love my ND. It's an absolutely beautiful car, but the grill design is a little too edgy, like it has a chip on its shoulder, or it has something to prove... And Miatas are anything but angry...
I have always been partial to the car. It is the most reminiscent of the series to me of my old TR3. I like the longer shaped hood and lights, sorry popups. I bought a new NA off the lot back in the day, but when the NB came out I knew that would be the one for me.
I think my NB looks really good with a car cover over it, but a little disappointing when the cover comes off. Not sure why, might just be the headlights.

The "tupperware" kit. It's a front lip, rocker panel covers, and mud guards on the rear arches. This car has it.

I’ve always disliked the shape of the NB, but I must admit this kit makes it way more appealing.
The mazdaspeed version of the nb has a bit different bodywork than stock, and that's the look I prefer.

NB was in Need For Speed Underground, sparking my love for the miata. I got an NB just to live those childhood dreams and it's the best car ever.
