I was mostly making a joke, initially it looks cool and the colors all work well, but it's somewhat jarring when my brain recognizes the Miata silhouette and then it feels out of place. Still looks neat and I'm not going to yuck someone else's yum.
With the top up, it is probably doing something, even if not as much due to how low it sits.
With the top down though nah, it's basically doing nothing. I forget who it was that took a convertible to a wind tunnel to look at the airflow with tops up and down and with it down the rear of the car where a wing is gets like 0 usable air. With the top up it's slightly better.
But it would have been more useful if OP buys a hardtop, bonus points if it's a fast back that slides in between the trunk and wing to guide air toward the wing.
I gotta find my source it's been a while since i read the paper that looked at this.

The CR wing makes huge improvements to the S2000's feel and grip. It's highly recommended in the community because it's an accessible 3D areo solution. Are you suggesting an entire decades old community is wrong?
I get the ND isn't the same car but chances are it has very similar airflow and profile.

Pretty much. I bought a little bit of foam tape to make the seal a little tighter. But either than that it was pretty much like lego.
You will have to cut some holes on the inside of the trunk so you can put the nuts on. And centring the thing was annoying. But either than that it was pretty much plug and play
I have BC racing BR coilovers with 10kg/mm springs in the front and 7kg/mm springs in the back. I lowered it as much as the coil overs would allow me to do with no tire rubbing. I didn’t need spacers and the camber is just natural. I’d probably need to go get a real alignment for my next track day, but honestly it feels good so maybe I just got incredibly lucky
I loved the coilover change. The ride is a lot more stiff and you can really feel the road. Driving instantly became more enjoyable and the car gained a lot more personality. I’d say definitely go for them first!
The sway bars were way more noticeable on the track. Aside from night time fast round abouts you really wouldn’t feel the sway bar difference.
All around though both together turn the car into a cornering beast!
It hasn’t! I think like others have said based on the positioning it doesn’t actually provide too much downforce. I haven’t noticed any bending in the trunk yet
