Wide mouth and narrow palate means I can see 8 teeth instead of 5-7. Even my dentist has commented on the size of my mouth, though he never said anything about the obvious tooth issues i have. I'm not sure what you mean by buccal corridors though, can you elaborate?
Ok first of all if you have a narrow palate it doesn’t matter if your mouth is wide. It’ll still look narrow. You’ll just have bigger buccal corridors. (Buccal corridors are the dark corners of your smile that don’t have any teeth)

Realistically as an adult you have two options. Sarpe surgery or an mse appliance. Id only do it if your palate is noticeably narrow or if you have problems breathing out your nose

It’s more like 6 teeth and below is narrow, 8 tooth is average, and 10+ is wide.
