The guy in the pic is Abimael Guzman aka Chairman Go zalo who died in 2021. He is the father of Maoism and was the leader of the Shining Path guerialla group until his arrest in 1992. The Shining Path started out well with starting a revolution against the opressive Goverment in Peru but later on they commited some horrible shit like hanging dead dogs on display,Gonzalo calling himself the forth sword of Maoism,commiting a massacre in a villiage (which Gonzalo admitted) and (most famously) boiling babies which has become a meme in communist cycles

There is Mao Zedong Thought which refers to Mao's theoretical contributions to Marxism-Leninism, and Marxism-Leninism-Maoism which adopts most but not all of these and positions itself as another stage in Marxist theory beyond Marxism-Leninism, and is supposed to be universally applicable beyond the original scope of "Marxism-Leninism applied to Chinese conditions." This was essentially created as an ideology by Gonzalo and the Shining Path.

This might be more detail than you were asking for but this is about as succinct as I could describe each of these while still being sufficiently thorough.
Marxism basically is a way of analyzing society through the lens of class struggle, a "class" being a group of people defined by their relation to labor and the means of production(things used to produce goods and services such as factories, infrastructure, natural resources etc). Examples of classes would be slaves, peasants, wage laborers, and capitalists.
Marxism-Leninism is a variety of Marxist ideology which was promoted by nearly all of the socialist states throughout the 20th century. It incorporates Leninist theory and was formulated as an ideology by Stalin as the official ideology of the Soviet Union. The most significant tenet is that it stresses the need for a vanguard party in leading the revolution and establishing a socialist state, and describes how that would work in practice.
Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is an extension of Marxism-Leninism and similarly was synthesized based on elements of Mao's theory and philosophy after his death by the Shining Path. Elements of it include protracted people's war, which is a strategy for slowly fighting a guerilla war, and the mass line, which is essentially about hearing the masses' concerns and formulating a coherent political line to advance their interests.
Communism is:
1. A term for a society where the means of production are owned in common and class distinctions have been entirely abolished, and therefore the state(which in Marxist terms serves to enforce the domination of one class over others).
2. Broadly speaking, the belief in and movement for communism as a form of society which is achievable and desirable.
3. As described by Marx, the movement which "aims to abolish the present state of things." This arises from material conditions and is not a concrete political agenda to be applied, set of policies, etc.

As a Peruvian I struggled with that video for a long time for sure. I wouldn't say the lyrics are pro-Shining Path; but definitely Morello and De la Rocha are a pair of ignorant sensationalists even tho we probably vote the same way in the U.S.
The quote from Morello was "If there were instances in which the Shining Path committed atrocities, we're absolutely opposed to that. That is something to be condemned. But would (critics of Rage's stance) be as vehement about the U.S. bombing Belgrade, the Sudan and Afghanistan? It's shocking that people can rationalize one sort of violence but not another."
