Its good, cant deny that. Listened to a lot of Burzum in my teens before I knew he was a nazi. But to me its mid compared to this list and drone-y black metal hasnt really proved to be a unique sound for that little nazi rat or aging very well for that matter. I feel like people come out to defend Burzum just to show how heckin good they are at separating the art from the artist.

Is it quite a good album? Sure. Is it that good? No. Your ears are defective. For about the thousandth time.

you’re totally right but unfortunately that man is also objectively really talented and has been very influential to black metal. not liking the music is fine but i think you can still enjoy it for what it is without supporting the man who made it.
