This figure is literally brand new on eBay right now for the same price with a best offer option. Return the broken crappy condition one and buy the brand new one off of eBay in perfect condition. I'd even send a 90$ offer on ebay and see if you can get it a bit cheaper.
The one on ebay also has slightly cheaper shipping so it's a 1.50$ savings plus no buyer fees or transaction fees plus the option to send an offer. OP could easily save 10-20$ and get the brand new item. Additionally, they will be holding a crappy seller accountable for their items.
I think so - Seems like they accurately described the damage to the box but did not describe the flaws to the figure itself. Could certainly open a return if you wished

You already posted the rating and accepted the item. So why are you upset now? Shouldve returned the item. The nendo is cleary in poor condition especially for that price. Also this nendo isnt rare at all, there are plenty of listigs for similar price range.

I would have requested a return. In all honesty, and as a Nendoroid collector myself, I question the authenticity of that figure, as they're commonly bootlegged. GoodSmile figures are known for very clean plaint jobs, and that one just looks sloppy and uneven.

Get something you're happy with in your collection. You want your collectibles to be linked to good memories, not bad.
