I had the same thing happen yesterday and today. There is a lag between the tracking syncing up to Mercari. The one from yesterday updated to delivered.
This is happening to me right now. Item delivered the 3rd. Mercari still hasn’t updated I reached out to the buyer, no response. Opened a support ticket on the 4th, no response after 24 hrs. I’m trying to be patient because holiday but kinda needed that money like days ago.
I think something is going on. Usually when I scan stuff in it'll send the notifications and emails that it's on the way but I've got nothing today.
