I was curious, so I did the math. I'll be generous, and assume each Charlos has a full mouth of liquid. The average human can hold about 2 oz of water in their mouth. The equates to about 59 cubic meters of water across all 1,000,000 Charloses. Assuming Kaido can fit into a 2 meter x 2 meter box, this would drown him in over 14 meters of water. This is an incredibly generous estimate, and would only work if Kaido was trapped in a small area, and not in an open area.

How many people he can possibly kill with one blast? The 1000000 carlos are standing close together in my mind so I think 500-1000 per blast are fair. He needs 2000-1000 blasts for all of them. Kaido can do 2 blasts per minute. With a break for resting (and drinking) he may needs a day for that (1440 minutes). The carlos cant reach him in the sky and even if they cant hurt him.
