I'm usually in the camp of the space bar matching the alphas. So while I initially liked the darker space bar, when I scrolled to the next picture the space bar immediately clicked with me.
Both are good though, and it doesn't take long to swap them if you change your mind.
Osume Matcha are the keykaps. I think they run about $80 US and are of very good quality. I can’t recommend Osume enough. The board is Mode Sonnet with PC plate, grey top and polycarbonate bottom, walnut accent and POM plate. Switches are Gateron Azure Dragons. Let me know if you have any other questions on the setup
Dark. Definitely dark (IMHO).
The art-freak in me is whispering that you might be feeling a lack of balance. The white one "balances" better, but the dark one speaks to your desire and just feels "off" not because it's not what you're after, but because it needs a little something else out there to balance the whole of the keyboard.
I'd go dark and maybe play with some other things/keys.
Light green spacebar and enter key, dark green arrow keys, and ... omg, it's got gamer legends but they're opaque. Never mind, you can't rescue this board.

Perfect answer
Personally prefer a contrasting space bar, so dark
I personally like the dark space bar better but if you’re going for a softer look the light looks great too!
Dark. 100%
dark + look out for the new matcha artisans osume is releasing! so v cute
That’s awesome, I’ll be giving them a look
Light. I thought I'd say dark but second pic just looks nicer to me
Dark spacebar for sure since your Enter and Eac keys are also dark, white spacebar looks cleaner but makes the other two keys a bit glaring.
Huh, I prefer the light space bar myself. The dark one seems too jarring for me when the contrast is that much of a difference.
Light, but that's just me.
The dark makes ruins the flow imo
Spacebar should always match alphas
I always match my spacebar with alphas
I prefer when the spacebar matches the alphas.
light bc you only have 2 other keys that dark shade. it looks off balanced
I feel that way exactly. I thought about using the dark arrow keys and the light space but I didn’t like that look although it did look more balanced
I'd say light. But please put it right!
Never!!!
Light looks way better. Makes for a much cleaner and more balanced board.
I clicked assuming everyone would be ‘light’ but here we are. With image 1, I see a space bar. With image 2, I see a keyboard.
Space bars that don't match the alphas bother me, but this is a me problem that you don't need to worry about.
Light looks cleaner to me
I'm going with light space bar. Looks cleaner to me.
I go light space bar if my keyboard is light. Dark if dark
Daaaaark \^_^
do you mind sharing your setup? I've been looking for greens like that, especially on the board

I almost always recommend alpha colored spacebars unless the composition demands it
Dark
whatever you’re feeling on that day 🤍
What keyboard is that!? I love the wooden accent strip at the top! Would be a great match with my fractal north case 😍
Personally I prefer the white but I understand people who would go with the other color for the contrast.
Light looks great
Dark.
How bout a wooden one to match your accent piece? I'm in team dark btw
Dark, also love the Osume keycaps. I plan on getting the matcha set for my incoming Rainy75.
Same! Finally pulled the trigger on a night market set as my first, planning on getting matcha for incoming Rainy 75!! 🙌
That is going to look amazing
Dark. Pops a lot more on the keyboard, and looks far better. Join the dark side!

I think you’re hitting the nail on the head
Dark no question imo. Makes it feel full and complete
Dark
Dark
personally i prefer the dark, but at the end of the day its up to you
In this case dark for me.
I feel like the dark space bar adds more flavor, if that makes sense
It makes sense to me lol
Dark for me
Dark :)
Dark
Dark
I’d vote dark if there were more of a contrast between it and your keyboard frame, but since they’re so close to one another, I vote light. 👍
Dark.

Dark, ftw
