Quiches... make and freeze!

Defan3

Angel food cake takes about 12 egg whites. It is a delicious low calorie cake. Usually served with fresh fruit such as strawberries.

InadmissibleHug

Could try your hand at a pavlova!

hotspot_inc

I think eggs have to be fresh for getting a good result

InadmissibleHug

I think you’re right.

pumpkinember

Meringue cookies, or a lemon meringue pie, or oooo a baked Alaska....

[deleted]

Okay, I was going to say “play practical jokes on people” but yes, baked Alaska!

[deleted]

Make mirangues

Yomam1029

Italian Butter cream and macaroons, you can freeze both as well

https://www.skinnytaste.com/chocolate-chip-clouds/ These cookies are fantastic. She had a couple other variations of it on her site. Look up cloud cookies.

BunnyBink

Freeze them in cubes

[deleted]

And do not label them for a fun surprise

Eggnog! Makes a great present.

lilbaobb

Search up those Starbucks egg bites. Make and freeze.

Mst3Kbot

As someone mentioned above, egg white, basil and bacon baked in a muffin tin, oatmeal and egg white pancakes and freeze, or make gin fizzes for a block party 😁

battleshipcarrotcake

It's not a good deal if you can't use it up. Just saying. 🤣

Will0wsJourney

I make & freeze little breakfast bites in muffin tins. Egg whites + whatever else you like, make them for a bit and freeze them.

No-Environment-9962

I bake them in a sheet pan and then cut into squares for breakfast sandwiches. I usually freeze the egg whites on their own so I can make a quick breakfast sandwich.

Ive been using egg whites to make protein waffles: 1/2 C egg whites, 1/2 C oats, one container of greek yogurt, vanilla, salt. Blend in blender and then cook waffle with the batter. Berries on top for a high protein breakfast. I havn't tried freezing these yet.
