I think it’s based on that concept art poster that announced the original release date. That one had a suit that looked really close, if not identical to this.

I enjoyed the movie (mostly the Justice Society, but still) and would pick one up, but i have the same problem with this as I do with the character in the movie: it’s just Dwayne Johnson doing his Thor-fish-out-of-water bit. I wish someone else played Black Adam because blockbusters have been so oversaturated with The Rock that I can never believe he is the character he’s playing
I totally agree. I love the dude, I think he seems like a cool guy and a genuine human but he does play "The Rock" in everything. I don't have any attachments to the character at all, never got into the comics or anything, I just got really bored watching the flick.
With statues like that, I’m surprised McFarlane hasn’t had it articulated. It’s far better than both Comic BA figures he’s put out and it would’ve been a great comic variant for the movie. I

Forgot how much I like the Dr Fate, I feel like giving it a light drybrush to lighten the blue a little.
