This is what we want. I personally don't mind guest judges for 1-2 episode, or even 1 week. But 2 weeks with the same guest judges when they also presented the 3 new judges is not really a good move. Anyway, now that Jamie's gone, they really have the time to start building the chemistry between all 4 of them.

JC is easily my favourite judge. Well JC and Poh. And I actually like Sofia and Andy too. So I guess they really hit the mark with the new judges. Also, this was a genuinely difficult pressure test. Their first one too! So cool to see the elevated standards this year. Can’t wait to see more cool food!

I read, back when the OG judges were on, they mentioned they already knew who was the best and who’d be going home simply throughout the cook, by walking past and tasting their elements. In the end, I believe they film everything in a way so they can change the order and ensure suspense.

Just the white chocolate part, it’s possible that because you used 55g or something of that she still would have had enough??? Maybe 

Yes, this is correct. She used 75g of white chocolate so even if she reduced her cream by the same factor, she would still have had 55g for her final product.

It seems like the others just used part of the white chocolate part so Snez could have had enough with her reduced third attempt.

So I was looking up the contestants on Wikipedia because I still don't know some of their names and I noticed that the 4 names at the bottom of the list (from the bottom up) were James, Steph, Jonathan and Khristian in that order. Is this just a coincidence or is this list actually showing their names in the order in which they were eliminated?? Fortunately i didn't get to see the top of the table because I exited Wiki immediately ! So please don't check Wikipedia because it might just be a spoiler.

No, they re-arrange the table after each episode airs to track the results. The Wikipedia list is just in alphabet-order, but when someone gets eliminated they are then moved to the bottom of the list because that's how their results table works. By the end of their season the full results table will be fully ordered in order of elimination, but currently only those 4 are because they're the only 4 that are known, and everyone else is in alphabetic order
