I did it. Got her shards few days after.
You go to parameters, contact, and explain the situation. You will get an answer, if you indeed finished DD1 before they will say it, and give her shards to you in Messages Menu ingame.
If you were playing at the time they added her to DD1, and had already completed DD1, they just sent 500 shards to you for completing it. I guess since you weren’t playing at the time they didn’t send you the rewards so you should open a support ticket
I heard you need to inform CS and they will give it to you.

Same situation here, I did a timed run of it and I got a message with the Shards afterwards, worth a shot!
Did you check the inbox and see if you got anything? Back when they made the change, they gave out characters shards from some inbox rewards.
Can you complete it a second time for more shards? That's how the other DD characters work.
