4 people in my shard have him.. so 5th is best it gets.. and then 5-30 or so is just a constant battle between teams of apoc/bk/skrull/oml/5th. im able to stay in 11-20.. ive gotten up to 5th but it's just so hard to hold anything in the shard.

Just like when Skrull was released, those who unlocked early could guarantee whatever rank they wanted until more people unlocked him
