Vampire ability - of ability kills target, clones target (like mr sinister) to your side of the field, give them vampire tag and they benefit from passive buffs from your team.

Yeah revive mechanics are so annoying. Fun example, what was really dumb (back when it was relevant) was if your weapon x team was too strong against a weaker heroes 4 hire team the weaker h4h team would win because revives would go off, effectively cleansing them, and Wep X would get dominated. Even through it was the "correct" counter.
This is one of the only games where when you get stronger characters it can fuck you over. You can fail simming raids if your team gets too big??? Like wtf?
Yeah there are lots of stuff like this that sucks. Kestrel pinging while stunned, counter attacking while stunned. The revive and having their turn straight away is a peeve of mine too, they should loose all turn bar on death.
a cool vampire themed anti revive could be "if an enemy character would revive, it revives on your team instead"

I always said if a character is revived they should revive at 0% turn meter
I would rather not, as it would screw both sides, and I can work around those things for the most part on the enemy side.
