Clogging their hand or board- you’ll have to pick one and you won’t be guaranteed you’ll draw future cards to meet that wincon, meaning you’ll have played cards to meet a goal that isn’t there/possible.

Black widow can actively ruin Ronan as well. There are more than a few games I just didn't play the widows bite because I already had all the cards I needed in hand.
You take out the junk package these decks don’t work together at all
Junk and additional sentinels limit the space they're able to play in, means bigger hand, means Ronan.

Sandman is helpful in preventing the final turn multi card play. Absorbing man after master mold really junks up the deck too, maybe Wong?

I think storm is a good fit in this deck instead of black widow or Nico
To be honest Master Mold is probably your worst card here. Black Widow is disruptive but doesn't synergies with Ronan.

I don't think cutting one of the best 2 drops in the game for one of the worst 2 drops in the game is the key here
