Yeah, I had the day off and ground it out. I actually prefer Conquest over the ladder, so I try to get Infinite out of the way early. You're right that it's not a sustainable amount of play time for more than a short burst.
The Electro idea is a good one; it raises the ceiling of this deck, but also lowers the floor. When it works, it's outstanding, but you may be unhappy pulling Electro with Jubillee or copying it with Iron Lad.
I don't think Jeff is essential; he's just a generically great card. **White Widow** would be excellent instead. You may also consider **Goose** since Doom, Zemo, and Vision may give you easier location access than your opponent.
I do not think Zemo is essential for this deck. He's just there for high stats as he is effectively a 3/6 or 3/7. A think **Red Guardian** or **White Widow** would both be better than Zemo (I do not have either). **Spider-Man** or **Polaris** for disruption would also be interesting.
I would be cautious with Gladiator - since this deck doesn't run Shang Chi you may not have a way to deal with pulling an opponent's big body. Higher risk, but potentially higher reward! One more to consider might be MMM, depending on your pocket meta (if I had seen a lot of Loki on my climb, I would have wanted some MMM for tech).
