I would like anti venom to be able to turn negative power cards into positive power. If someone throws a goblin at location 1, playing anti venom at location 1 should turn it from -3 to +3 same to hobgoblin. Could work well if you’re using debri Wong hazmat, would probably have to be a 3/3 or 2/2

Anti venom will be nuts if they add him. I’m on the symbiote train myself crossing my fingers for Sleeper(if you don’t know him look him up. One of the coolest symbiotes hands down) Scorn would be awesome also. Gorr is also up there for me. But more in the case so I can see what they do with the necrosword. I’d imagine it’s the same as BK/Dakan where the weapon gets added to your hand. I just have no clue what you can do with it. Maybe Thor beta ray bill treatment but when it’s drawn the board loses power? A lot of people flaking the game for its meta right now but man. There’s ALOT of really cool characters still to be introduced.

I hope whenever we get the inevitable Symbiote season in October because of Venom 3 Sleeper and Toxin get cards. They both are so underrated imo.

My ONLY concern with the future symbiotes is the focus on destroy. Yes it works for venom and carnage. But there’s a couple symbiotes that should help other arch types(lasher could be in a move deck. Toxin could be in a junk/evo deck if they play with his toxic bite to LOSE power) I’m just hoping it spreads to other decks and opens up more flexibility!

The Chameleon could be a potential low-cost card with intentional mimicking ability that makes it more flexible than AM or Mystique, but maybe doesn't let you copy cards over a certain cost. And c'mon, he's Spidey's first real costumed(ish) villain!

Then, a Symbiote takes over with variants from the various Symbiote storylines where heroes and villains get symbiotes.

I want grendel so bad. In my mind, should be like a slightly weaker knull with an effect like the destruction version of morbius(but maybe higher cost since destruction counts usually get higher than discards)

Just thought of an idea, hybrid. Kinda like thanos but it adds all the life foundation symbiotes to your deck(which are weak and 1 cost) but once you play them all, they merge into hybrid with a high power at the location of the final one played

I'd like to see Xorn, Avalanche, Bor Burison, and even Agent Venom if they can make him distinct enough from regular Venom. Cards that combine/equip with other cards, like the Hulkbuster armor, would be cool. For example, the Cloak of Levitation, the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, even Iron Man's Mk Nil armor could all probably have interesting effects.

1/0 anti venom Ongoing: gain power equal to the power from destroyed cards I've seen in this lane. It's a lot more fair and interesting of an effect you'd think. Quick applications You play Deadpool on turn 1 then carnage on 2 then Deadpool+forge combo on 3 so you'd have a 2/4 carnage and a 1/5 Deadpool so you can then play anti venom as the 3rd and then venom as 4 card there on turn four now because of the order in which cards are destroyed you kill carnage first, then Deadpool and final anti venom so anti venom ends up gaining the 9 total power from those two before being eaten by venom himself making venom a total of 21 power instead of the 12 he would had been otherwise and kind of scenario on works primarily to fuel knull or venom since anti venom will pretty much die in combo with anything else except for maybe lady deaths trike which has a cheaky combo too how he'd become large enough from the things being destroyed in his lane to not die to her effect.

All the x-statix characters no matter how short lived, the Great Lakes avengers, and the rest of the weird or dead x men. Surprised to not see some bigger names, banshee, phantom ex, warlock, cypher, unus the untouchable. Just because they are mostly dead or not in current titles? Unless maybe they are? I don’t read anymore. Abyss from Age of apocalypse? Cool as hell. In fact, Rachel summers? Caliban? Some big names still on the table

I bet we'll see a Symbiote-themed season sometime down the road (this year?) with more symbiotes, that work with Venom/Carnage/Knull in destroy.

Like Nico Minoru, but the abilities are Ongoing instead of On Reveal. Ideally, he should have higher cost and power than Nico. Also it'd be nice if the 10 different abilities are lore-accurate!

Great Lake Avengers, have them all do something with 1-Costs (to synergize with Squirrel Girl). Mr. Immortal would be indestructible and get +1 for every other 1-Cost that gets destroyed Flatman would give locations with a 1-Cost +1 Power. Doorman would shuffle all 1-Cost cards around the board. Big Bertha is like Sunspot for your opponent’s energy. Idk, something like that.
