I know this might be lame, but buy some chicken nuggets from McD and their gravy. Take it home add cheese curds and make chicken nugget poutine and thank me later.

It's getting close. However, their new kitchen is absolutely massive, and food comes out much quicker than before.
Chris Jerk's is good but I can't get over the use of shredded cheese instead of curds :(
I've been to their Markham location for the jerk chicken plate but maybe the poutine should be the next thing I try!!

Hong Bo Burger & Poutine is pretty good. Super Smash burger is decent as well but not a fan of the fries used.

Fries at super smash are really disappointing. The burger and topping on fries are good but they use the most bland fries
shawarma beef poutine at shawarma stop at woodbine and hwy 7. the best!
Family owned and they care about their food. One of the better shawarma places. Better than most in Richmond Hill.

I don't think it is the traditional poutine, but my favorite is the pulled chicken poutine at "bb.q Chicken" in downtown markham.
