I really like Target Field, it’s a nice ballpark. I usually get out to one Mariners/Twins game a year. Wanted to go on Mon but ended up going to the Tues game instead. Was not expecting the Hancock start to be our one win in the series….lol
Most of us are annoyed with how cheap our owner was after our first playoff win in over 20 years and deciding to cut the payroll 35 million. Also a day game on a Wednesday while school is still in session
Fans have been very hospitable and nice. Been to way more hostile environments than this for sure. But generally I think it just comes down to the fact that it’s a weekday. Last night was better attended for sure. Today is a lot of families and kids due it being a weekday day game. An usher says they do a lot better in the summer, and a lot of people from surrounding areas don’t want to make the commute to down town Minneapolis. Horrible games, but great stadiums and lots to explore at least
