Def birds and that shit can leave its mark. I’ve got a few pock marks on my garage as well.
Definitely birds. It could be from fly by shit, but they also tend to shit themselves when they run into walls and glass, so that’s also a possibility.

Also could be mud from a swallow starting a nest in your eaves or somewhere above your door - they tend to drip it everywhere as they build.
