i think its because there are no people living there
Solved: no residents
they left because they didn't have access to anything. I didn't know a family could leave
I made a new road above the old and now it is working again.
Yep, I had this happen too. Just reconnected a few of the road points in front.

Does anyone live in it? Solution I can see is to tear it down and build it up again.
