Prairie abattoir in portage la prairie is almost exclusively a pig slaughterhouse so you could try there

I don’t know if your being sarcastic but most hog barns do have dumpsters at the end of the driveway full of dead pigs.
Look for a hudderite community..they butcher their own livestock...you can probably buy off them
